Can you quote from preliminary plans?
Send the plans you have and describe the proposed work. We can review whether there is enough information to define a scope and identify any missing inputs.
Do you provide stamped permit drawings?
Yes. We provide stamped engineering drawings and applicable schedules for permit submission, based on the project scope and required engineering disciplines.
Are site visits included?
Site verification, construction reviews and occupancy support are defined in the proposal. Tell us which stages you need covered.
How long will the design take?
We work efficiently and aim to meet your project’s target schedule. Once we review the scope and available information, we confirm a clear turnaround time and coordinate closely to keep the design moving quickly. Authority review times are separate.
